ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition No.(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.719 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the trial Court has ordered further investigation on 07.11.2025.

3. In view of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner and also considering the further investigation ordered by the trial Court, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
