ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16414 of 2025 dt. 26.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on every 1st working of the English Calendar month until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
