This Criminal Miscellaneous Application has been filed to modify the order with regard to the name of the Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, instead of Fast Track Court (At Magisterial Level), Karur, in the order dated 14.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14246 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1099 of 2025.

2. Mr.O.R.Gokul Abimanyu, learned Counsel for M/s. C. Arul Vadivel Associates, appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submits that due to an inadvertent typographical error in the order dated 14.10.2025 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.14246 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1099 of 2025, the name of the Court has been wrongly typed as "Fast Track Court (At Magisterial Level), Karur", instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. 1/3

After considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this modification application is allowed as prayed for. The name of the Court mentioned in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 14.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 14246 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No. 1099 of 2025 shall be corrected and shall read in future as "Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai." The rest of the order shall remain unaltered.

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh copies to the parties, after carrying out necessary correction in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 14.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 14246 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No. 1099 of 2025, as prayed for in this application, forthwith. Registry is also directed to mark a copy of this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. 12.11.2025 Nsr 2/3
