PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9087 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 2848 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9087 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.2848 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the 2/4

petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9087 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.2848 of 2025 on 15.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9087 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.2848 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, (FAC), Madurai, once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.''
