(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed in W.P. (MD).No.10493 of 2012, dated 05.09.2012.
2. The appellant is the writ petitioner. She sought for Mandamus directing the respondents to issue correct answer sheet of the petitioner and consequently to revise the marks and issue revised mark statement. The Writ Court dismissed the writ petition, after finding that, in an enquiry, the petitioner was given a xerox copy of the answer sheet and the writ petitioner admitted in writing that the said answer sheet belongs to her.
3. We have heard both sides and perused the materials placed before us.
4. When such being the factual finding rendered by the Writ Court for dismissing the writ petition, we do not find any reason to interfere with such finding, more particularly, when the relief sought for in the writ petition is only for a Mandamus to issue correct answer sheet of the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
