PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned tender summary report of the 1st respondent dated 20.10.2025 in his Tender Notification No.31/3/2025-2026/HDO, dated 01.09.2025 quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to call for the tender afresh. 1/4
