2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Considering the nature of the offence, the condition No.2 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai District, in Crl.M.P.No.5417 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
