Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to re-fix the seniority in the cadre of Junior Assistant of the petitioner in his initial appointment and in the light of order made in W.P.No.31130 of 2013 on the file of the principal seat of this Hon'ble Court and in the light of recommendation made by the 5th respondent in his proceedings dated 06.10.2025 by considering the petitioners representation dated 01.10.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to re-fix the seniority in the cadre of Junior Assistant of the petitioner in his initial appointment and in the light of order made in W.P.No.31130 of 2013 on the file of the principal seat of this Hon'ble Court and in the light of recommendation made by the 5th respondent in his proceedings dated 06.10.2025 by considering the petitioners representation dated 01.10.2025. 2/4

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation had already been forwarded by the 5th respondent to the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the 2nd respondent feels that the petitioner could be favoured with an order, then, he shall forward the proposal to the 1st respondent and on such proposal being received, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass orders thereof and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of the proposal.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
