Prayer in WP(MD).No.15396/2012:- To issue a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned working sheets of the Second respondent dated 18.09.2012 and quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the second respondent to restore the electricity service connection No.207.

JUDGEMENT [Judgement of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J] This Writ Appeal is filed against the interim order granted in the M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2012 in W.P.[MD].No.15396 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for final disposal, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants that the main writ petition itself was disposed of, on 18.03.2013. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal to be adjudicated upon further.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
