ORDER
The second respondent had entered into an agreement with the petitioner institute on 03.12.2010 for conducting Distance and Continuing Education Course to the students of Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. agreement has come to an end. Hence, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 to 3 of 2011 are closed.
