ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition can be granted only by the jurisdictional Civil Court. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner points that the petitioner along with his brother had already filed O.S.No.296 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Dindigul. The petitioner is given liberty to file an IA and in the said IA, the petitioner can array the registering authority as a respondent even without making him as party as a defendant in the main suit. If any such IA is filed, the Court below shall dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. It is needless to mention that any alienation made in the meanwhile will abide by the outcome of the suit. 2/4
