Prayer in WP(MD). 16053/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order of rejecting the revocation of suspension order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his Proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/1502/2012 dated 17.03.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service by posting in a non sensitive post in the light of the order passed in a batch of writ petitions in WP Nos. 29195/10 etc., dated 02.07.2012 on the file of the Honourable Principal seat at Madras within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourble Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
