ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry with the respondents 3 to 6 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 04.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
