ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the docket order passed in E.P.No.4 of 2024 in R.C.O.P.No.37 of 2018 on the file of 1/4

the III Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, dated 16.10.2025.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the tenant, has filed C.R.P(MD) No.2331 of 2025 and an undertaking was filed on 20.08.2025 seeking six months time to vacate the premises. This Court had recorded the same and directed the revision petitioner to deposit the arrears of rent i.e. Rs.50,000/-.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that they have paid the amount of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent herein by way of Demand Draft drawn in Canara Bank, dated 13.10.2025 and it has been duly received by the counsel for the respondent on 15.10.2025.

4. The present CRP is filed to set aside the docket order and since an undertaking is recorded, previous CRP and present CRP are filed for the very same relief as already undertaking is recorded in previous C.R.P(MD) No.2331 of 2025, the present C.R.P is unwarranted. It is made clear that the revision petitioner shall vacate the premises as per the 2/4

undertaking given in the previous C.R.P and the order passed in the previous C.R.P is binding on the revision petitioner.

5. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Speaking : Yes / No 07.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Indu To The III Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.
