After filing an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of the patta transfer in the names of respondents 4 to 6 herein, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of such appeal.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would pass orders on merits within three (3) months.
3. In view of the nature of relief claimed, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct an inquiry by providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein and, thereafter, issue a 2/4
speaking order within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
