JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.V.Illanchezhian, learned counsel for the appellant has circulated a letter, dated 11.04.2016, to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view the endorsement made, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file fresh appeal on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. The letter, dated 11.04.2016, shall form part of this order.
