By relying on about five sale deeds executed between 1993 and 2001 and patta Nos.1416, 1417, 2394 and 1654, the petitioner had applied online for the conduct of a survey of the said lands. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He points out that patta Nos.1416 and 1417 are joint pattas, and, therefore, notice has to be issued to the joint pattadars so as to consider objections, if any, from them.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action in relation to the petitioner's application by issuing notice to the joint pattadars under patta Nos.1416 and 1417 and to owners of relevant adjacent lands, consider 2/4
