Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order passed by the respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.Aa.3/4256/2013 dated 18.06.2013 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.
