ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to provide compensation to the Petitioner. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Alleging that on 01.12.2011, some police officials under the guise of the enquiry, harassed the petitioner and his family members, he sent a representation to the respondents, requesting not to harass the petitioner and his family any more and also sought a compensation. Since, no order was passed on the representation, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the representation was given in the year 2011, he is unaware whether it subsists still and if so, the same would be considered on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

case, directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.12.2011 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if already not passed.
