The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 30.11.2009 requesting him to issue patta in respect of the property in S.Nos.381/151, 242, 189/2 and 376/189 in his capacity as Hereditary Muthavalli. Since follow up action was not taken up by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2009, on

merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, I make it clear that I have not considered the merits of the claim.

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 30.11.2009 along with a copy of this order to the respondent, so as to enable him to consider and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
