Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to forbear the registering authority from registering any document on the basis of the minutes drawn by the first respondent Society on 26.09.2025. These are not matters which can be entertained by the writ Court. The petitioner has to necessarily go before the jurisdictional civil Court. 2/4
3.At this stage, the learned counsel for the private respondents states that a representative suit was filed in this regard and the civil Court declined to grant any interim relief. I do not want to go into the this controversy. This writ petition is not maintainable. 4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
