By relying on the settlement register pertaining to the land in survey No.105/5, the petitioner had approached the first respondent alleging that a UDR error was committed and that a patta has been issued to the fourth respondent as a consequence thereof. The petitioner seeks the early disposal of the request.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the first respondent would pass orders on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth 2/4
respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application in relation to alleged UDR errors within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. No costs.
