This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the civil revision petition.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 91 days. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in the admission stage of the civil revision petition+.
