ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2648 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.260 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 22.05.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition No.6(iii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2648 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.260 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
