ORDER

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent to collect the arrears amount from the third respondent by enforcing the order passed by the second respondent dated 15.04.2009.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent has already paid a sum of Rs.16,550/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand and Five Hundred and Fifty only) to the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, another sum of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) was paid earlier. In case both the payments are taken together, it would cover the entire demand made, as per the proceedings dated 15.04.2009. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the subsequent events relating to the payment made by the third respondent, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
