The order of transfer issued by the second respondent transferring the writ petitioner from Kadambangulam to V.Chockalingapuram is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.The transfer order has been issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/4677/2011 dated 08.12.2011. Now, after a lapse of about seven years the claim of the writ petitioner cannot be considered.
