ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue petitioner's Transfer Certificate and to return petitioners Secondary School Leaving Certificate, Higher Secondary Certificates and community certificate to enabling the petitioner to pursue further education.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Hariharaselvan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent on instructions would submit that the documents would be returned to the petitioner without prejudice to the college claiming the balance of fees. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to return all the documents to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
