Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to considered the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2025 for providing the left out increment as on 01.04.2010 and for revising of the pension with all service and monetary benefits within the time stipulated by this Honble court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent to considered the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2025 for providing the left out increment as on 01.04.2010 and for revising of the pension with all service and monetary benefits.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 03.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
