ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025 and alter the penal provision in Crime No.376 of 2025, dated 26.06.2025. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that though the complaint was given against several persons and the allegations disclosed other offences, the FIR in Crime No.376 of 2025 was registered only against one person and was registered only for the offence under Section 351(3) of BNS, 2023.

3.The petitioner as a complainant cannot interfere in the investigation at every stage. He has already sent a representation, which may be considered by the respondent police in accordance with law. If the respondents, during the course of investigation find out any other offences, it is needless to say that they would alter the offences and file the final report.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
