ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 06-10-2025 passed in E.A.No.01 of 2024 in E.P.No.115 of 2023 in 1/4

R.L.T.O.P.No.75 of 2020, on the file of I Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town.

2. By an order dated 07.11.2025, the revision petitioner was directed to file an affidavit of undertaking to vacate the premises. Today, the revision petitioner, who is a tenant, has filed an affidavit stating that there is no arrears of rent payable and seeking eight months time from the date of affidavit dated 06.11.2025. The case is listed today and as per the affidavit filed by the petitioner, already one month has gone. The affidavit is taken on record. The petitioner shall vacate the premises in the first week of July, 2026.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Post on 13.07.2026 for reporting compliance. NCC : Yes/No 16.12.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet :Yes / No apd 2/4
