JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] Heard Mr.S.Baskar Mathuram, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.This appeal is directed against the order, dated 16.08.2013 made in W.P(MD)No.13500 of 2013 pertaining to the Temple Festival which was to be conducted from 26.07.2013 to 24.08.2013. The writ petition was dismissed. As against which, the present appeal has been filed. At the time of entertaining the appeal, no interim order was granted. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, the writ appeal is closed leaving it open for the Appellant to work out his remedies in accordance with law, if still there is a need to do so. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
