It is reported by the Registry that the petition to dispense with the certified copy of the impugned proceedings has been wrongly numbered by this Court as the jurisdiction of the District Munsif at Madukkarai would fall under the Principal Bench. Hence, Registry is directed to return the papers to the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the Principal Bench.
