Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.2,3 to take appropriate action to transfer the petitioner from S.Mampatti Village Panchayat, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District to Madurapuri Villagae Panchayat or Piranmalai Village Panchayat or any of the village Panchayat nearest to Singampunari village by considering the Petitioners 1/4

health condition in the light of the communication issued by the Respondent no.1 in Na.Ka.No.71176/2023/E4 dated 21.12.2024 on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 07.10.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honble court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent no. 2,3 to take appropriate action to transfer the petitioner from S.Mampatti Village Panchayat, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District to Madurapuri Villagae Panchayat or Piranmalai Village Panchayat or any of the village Panchayat nearest to Singampunari village by considering the Petitioners health condition in the light of the communication issued by the Respondent no.1 in Na.Ka.No.71176/2023/E4 dated 21.12.2024 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025. 2/4

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representation on 07.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
