Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 08.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders for providing suitable employment to the petitioner inTamil Nadu Minerals Limited, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 08.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders for providing suitable employment to the petitioner in Tamil Nadu Minerals Limited.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representation on 08.07.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
