O R D E R

Pursuant to the order dated 28.10.2025, the National Highways Authority of India has ensured that the CCTV footage recorded at the Pudur Tollgate on Natham Road between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on 07.10.2025 has been preserved. After indicating that the petitioner has an alternative remedy, learned counsel for the NHAI submits that a copy of the footage would be provided to the petitioner subject to payment of charges, if any, in respect thereof.

2. Considering the aforesaid, the second and third respondents are directed to provide a copy of the above mentioned footage to the petitioner within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to payment of requisite charges, if any, in that regard. 2/4
