O R D E R

Mrs.N.Alamelu Mangammal having suffered some remarks in the Service Records made by the Special Officer M.M.345, N.Goundanpatty Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, without filing a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, has brought this Writ Petition to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent rightly submitted that no Writ will lie against any order issued by the Special Officer of the Co-operative Society, as per the ratio laid down by the larger bench judgment of this Court in (K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal-636 001 and another) reported in 2006

(4) CTC 689).

3. Finding merits on the submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, as it is not maintainable in the light of the above said Judgment. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
