2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that nobody has applied for change or transfer of name in the Municipal Corporation.

3. In view of the same, the apprehension sought for by the petitioner is unwarranted. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
