Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to regularize the petitioner services with the 3rd respondent society from the date of completion of one year in consolidated pay, within the time as fixed 1/4

by this Honble High Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to regularize the petitioner services with the 3rd respondent society from the date of completion of one year in consolidated pay.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representation on 06.01.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
