The above petition has been filed seeking orders to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Records perused.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections.

4. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 24.02.2026.
