The petitioner had lodged an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer against patta transfer order dated 01.07.2025 and patta No.4478, which was issued as a consequence. The present Writ Petition relates to the early disposal of such appeal.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits by the first respondent after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadars.

3. Given the limited relief claimed in this Writ Petition and the submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadars under patta No.4478. The petitioner is directed to forward the appeal papers along with the copy of this order to 2/4

the Revenue Divisional Officer to initiate action in terms of this order. No costs.
