O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass order on her representation dated 12.07.2011.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that during UDR survey, wrong entries have been made to the land of the petitioner and hence, she gave a representation in the year 2011, but so far no action has been taken.

3.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate would submit that if any error is committed under UDR survey, it has to be corrected only by the District Revenue Officer concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the Distrcit Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai, shall conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four months therefrom.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
