PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14603 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14603 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for four weeks.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for four weeks, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14603 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 is 2/4
