To Clarify the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by this Court made in C.R.P.(MD). No. 2709 of 2024 on the file of this Court to the effect that the enforcement of the attachment proceedings be deferred for a period of 6 months to enable the Petitioner to pay the balance decreetal amount.

ORDER

The amount in execution petition was fixed as Rs.25 Lakhs/- along with interest. The petitioner has paid the substantial amount and the balance amount payable is about Rs.6,84,000/- (approx). The petitioner is seeking six months time to pay the balance amount.
