The petitioner/accused in CC No.312 of 2022on the file of the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, has filed this petition to suspend the sentence imposed on him by the trial Court, for the offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (c), 25, 27 r/w 29(1) of NDPS Act.

2.Today(27.03.2026), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
