ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.09.2025 and take action to remove the excommunication of the petitioner and her family members and treat them equally and on par with other villagers.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Civil) would rely upon a communication received from the Tahsildar sent to him, dated 29.10.2025, wherein the Tahsildar had stated that the enquiry revealed that the petitioner was not excommunicated; that the villagers had agreed to receive tax from the petitioner; and that they have no objection if the petitioner enters into the village.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission that since the enquiry conducted by the Tahsildar has been closed on the undertaking given by the villagers, there is no need to issue any direction as prayed for. However, if the villagers 2/4

violate the said undertaking, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
