PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12307 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14500 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12307 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14500 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 26 days. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been 2/4

filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12307 of 2025 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.14500 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required.
