This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 163 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the fair and decretal order made in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in A.S.SR.No.813 of 2020 passed by the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. Though the respondent was provided with opportunity to file counter, no counter is filed on behalf of the respondent. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
