This petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the 4th respondent, his men, agents, servants or any other person, claiming through them, from operating red gravel and quarry works in the lands of the fourth respondent comprised in S.Nos.738/1, 738/3, 739/6 and 739/7, Marungoor Village, Agatheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and to take action on the complaint dated 22.12.2011 sent to the first respondent followed by the telegram dated 09.01.2013 sent to the respondents 1 to 3 by allowing the present Writ Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that this petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
