ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent herein to not to interfere in the money dispute and not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the third respondent and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
