2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. It is seen that the writ petition is of the year 2013 and it is not known whether the relief sought for in this writ petition still subsists or not. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending and hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
